Pre-Inspection Agreement

The Pre-Inspection agreement is the document stating the actual service to be performed and what price is being charged and paid for that service. The inspection is paid for, and the agreement signed by both the inspector and the customer or customer’s representative (real estate agent) before the inspection takes place.

Inspection Report

The Inspection Report is the actual product of the home inspection. The inspection report will be provided to the customer via email, fax, or other means within 24 hours of a paid and completed home inspection. You will be provided with a detailed and professional computer-generated home inspection report explaining all of the findings of the inspection.
